ÜBER DIE ROLLE
Als unser Founders Associate Intern agierst in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Gründerinnen Irene & Franziska sowie unserer VP Strategy und verantwortest verschiedenste Projekte und Aufgaben. Du lernst das Handwerkszeug, das es braucht, um ein Unternehmen zu skalieren, und bekommst wertvolle Einblicke hinter die Kulissen eines VC-backed Startups.

- Business Development: Du betreibst Marktforschung, identifizierst und quantifizierst Wachstumsmöglichkeiten und gehst direkt in die konkrete Umsetzung.
- AI-Readiness: Du testest, implementierst und coacht AI-Lösungen, die dich selbst und unser Team dazu befähigen, effizient zu arbeiten und Bestleistungen zu bringen.
- Prozessarchitektur: Du designst und automatisierst Business-Prozesse mit N8N oder make, um Prozesse wie etwa in der Datenerhebung und -verarbeitung zu verbessern.
- Investor-Relations: Du unterstützt die Erstellung von Board-Präsentationen, Pitch Decks und Investor Reportings.
- Founder Support: Du arbeitest eng mit dem C-Level und unterstützt bei verschiedenen anfallenden operativen Tätigkeiten.
- Deine Superpower: Du bringst deine Persönlichkeit und dein Potential aktiv ein und ownst Projekte, die deinen Stärken und Interessen entsprechen.
ÜBER DICH
- Hohes intrinsisches Interesse an Entrepreneurship sowie eine extreme Lernbereitschaft
- Belege für außergewöhnliche Leistungen in deinem bisherigen Leben - egal ob akademisch, beruflich, sportlich, o.ä.
- Starke quantitative Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, Probleme analytisch anzugehen
- Strukturiertes und gewissenhaftes Arbeiten - du übernimmst Ownership, dokumentierst den Progress und hältst deine Stakeholder auf dem Laufenden
- Erfahrung im Bauen und Automatisieren von operativen Prozessen mithilfe von Automatisierungstools (n8n, make, ..) und/oder LLMs (Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- Vorerfahrung in ambitionierten Umfeldern mit hoher Veränderungsdynamik (IB, Strategy Consulting, Startup/Scaleup, o.ä.) ist ein Plus
- Klare Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch (C1+)
ZUR BEWERBUNG
Für eine erfolgreiche Zeit als Founders Associate bei Edurino ist eine Verfügbarkeit von 3-6 Monaten notwendig.

How to become part of the team
- We look forward to receiving your application (CV is enough!). Once we have reviewed it and decide to invite you, we schedule a first 30-minute interview where we get to know each other. You will have the space to tell us why you would be the perfect fit for us and we are happy to answer all of your questions.
- Depending on the position, there is now a small assignment for you - either an art/coding test or the elaboration of some questions within a case study.
- We schedule another interview with the direct report of your position. You will elaborate the task or questions you have solved.
- You (e-)meet one of the co-founders. Depending of the position, we will now ask you for some references.
- After a couple of days, we will get back to you with the final decision and you become part of #teamedurino, yay!
The following onboarding steps include meetings with your onboarding buddy and your team members, getting to know everyone from both our business and tech teams, and, of course, receiving your EDURINO onboarding box!
