Wir suchen eine:n motivierte:n Pflichtpraktikant:in (m/w/d) für den Customer Service, um unser Team zu verstärken. Hier arbeitest du in einem schlanken Team mit großem Zusammenhalt, in dem deine Arbeit direkt sichtbar wird. Was uns wichtig ist: Du kommunizierst nicht nur gerne, sondern denkst mit – du treibst das Kundenerlebnis aktiv voran, übernimmst Verantwortung und wächst mit uns.

ÜBER DIE ROLLE

  • Customer Happiness: Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kund:innen im DACH- und UK-Raum und beantwortest Anfragen via E-Mail und Social Media kompetent und herzlich. Darüber hinaus bearbeitest du Retouren und Zahlungsfälle und übernimmst die Beantwortung von Kundenfeedback auf Bewertungsplattformen.

  • Prozessoptimierung: Du erhältst tiefen Einblick in die Customer Service Operations eines international wachsenden Startups und hilfst uns dabei, Support-Prozesse effizienter zu gestalten.

  • Skalierung: Du unterstützt uns aktiv dabei, ein innovatives EdTech-Produkt für Kinder international erfolgreich zu machen.

  • Schnittstellenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit dem restlichen Team zusammen, filterst Kundenfeedback und gibst wichtige Impulse direkt an die Produktentwicklung weiter.

ÜBER DICH

  • Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in und möchtest dein Pflichtpraktikum für einen Zeitraum von mindestens 20 Wochen bei uns absolvieren (idealerweise von August bis Dezember oder September bis Januar).

  • Du brennst dafür, erste Praxiserfahrung in einem schnell wachsenden Startup zu sammeln.

  • Du besitzt exzellente zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und kommunizierst stilsicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.

  • Du bist ein organisierter, effizienter Teamplayer mit hoher Sorgfalt und einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise.

  • Eine proaktive Hands-on-Mentalität zeichnet dich aus – du arbeitest gerne agil und schätzt kurze Entscheidungswege.

How to become part of the team

  1. We look forward to receiving your application (CV is enough!). Once we have reviewed it and decide to invite you, we schedule a first 30-minute interview where we get to know each other. You will have the space to tell us why you would be the perfect fit for us and we are happy to answer all of your questions. 
  2. Depending on the position, there is now a small assignment for you - either an art/coding test or the elaboration of some questions within a case study.
  3. We schedule another interview with the direct report of your position. You will elaborate the task or questions you have solved. 
  4. You (e-)meet one of the co-founders. Depending of the position, we will now ask you for some references.
  5. After a couple of days, we will get back to you with the final decision and you become part of #teamedurino, yay! 
    The following onboarding steps include meetings with your onboarding buddy and your team members, getting to know everyone from both our business and tech teams, and, of course, receiving your EDURINO onboarding box!
